Your duties will include booking scheduled service visits, calibration and breakdown work; taking service calls; planning engineers’ work schedules and liaising with customers to renew contracts. You should have excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages and first class communication skills. Experience in a similar role is essential, and experience in an engineering environment would be advantageous.
