Assistant Centre Manager

Hollywood Bowl Rochester

up to £21,000pa + 15% bonus + competitive benefits package

We have a fantastic management opportunity available in our brand new, state of the art, 24 lane ten pin bowling centre due to open on 12th February 2013 at the Medway Valley Leisure Park in Rochester.


The ideal Assistant Centre Manager candidates will have at least one year's experience at Assistant or Deputy Manager level within the hospitality or leisure industry.


You will be responsible for the day to day running of the centre, whilst ensuring the highest standard of customer satisfaction and team productivity. We are looking for candidates who are commercially focussed with a gregarious personality and natural rapport building skills. 


Essential requirements include:


effective leadership skills

experience in cash handling

a passion for developing your team

the ability to communicate at all levels.
