My client, a large and rapidly expanding managed services and IT outsourcing company in Central London, are looking for a new Head of Operations to join the senior management team. You will have Managed Services operational experience, preferably heading up a team of at least 50 people. You should have infrastructure experience to a reasonably high level and must be extremely methodical and process driven. You will be used to working in a fast paced environment and will have experience managing Service desk teams, on site and in house Desktop teams and Infrastructure BAU and Project based teams.
The right candidate will be rewarded with a salary of up to £85,000 for this position plus an excellent benefits package.
