HR Manager Post Ref: 11/64
37 hours per week, salary starting at £35,408 per annum.
Reporting to the Director of HR and managing a HR Officer and three HR Administrators you will be responsible for the day to day running of the HR function; reviewing and developing HR policies and procedures in line with best practice; manaing employee relation cases and driving innovative projects and solutions in support of the College's strategic aims.  You will have experience managing high volumes of HR operations and be adept at devising and working within systems and business processes.
 
HR Officer Post Ref: 12/54
37 hours per week, salary starting at £25,526 per annum.
Working within a team and reporting to the HR Manager you will have proven experience in all aspects of HR from recruitment and selection; absence reporting and management; performance management; administering contracts; preparing payroll actions and using the HR Information System for data entry and management reporting.  You will provide outstanding customer service to all staff and have an up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice.  You will have excellent organisation and communication skills and have an approachable and conscientious manner.
 
HR Administrator Post Ref: 10/50
37 hours per week, salary starting at £15,954 per annum
Working within a team and reporting to the HR Manager you will provide an efficient administrative front-line service for all aspects of HR from recruitment and selection; absence reporting; performance management; administering staff changes, preparing payroll actions and using the HR Information System for data entry and reporting.  You will provide outstanding customer service to all staff and have an up to date knowledge of employment law and best practice.  You will have effective organisation and communication skills and have an approachable and conscientious manner.
