Our client is a leading UK author of ERP solutions to the SME marketplace. Based in Kent, they have been trading for over 25 years and has over 5,000 users of its software in the UK.
Due to their continued expansion, they are now seeking to hire a talented and ambitious Lead Generation Executive
The ideal candidate should be smart, confident and be able to bring their own experience and ideas to further the growth if you are currently in an internal sales role and would like to develop your career into field sales, this is the opportunity you are looking for. Key Responsibilities
- Increasing the sales of their solutions through active participation in the sales process using our structured sales methodology
- Segmentation, prospecting and identifying candidates for our solutions
- Qualify, develop and negotiate with prospects
- Identify and generate new prospects and convert them into key accounts
- Continually learn and update yourself on product and market knowledge
- Will combine; pro-active selling to new and existing contacts, account management, developing new revenue streams, networking and delivering results from sales campaigns
- Outstanding sales capabilities proven across telesales
The key skills & requirements we are looking for:
- Effective relationship builder
- Self motivation and ambition
- Ability to manage own time and workload
- Analytical - ability to assimilate information quickly
- Natural business acumen
- Strong interest in technology and some experience in B2B telemarketing and software sales by phone
- Familiarity with book keeping and accounting principles is an advantage
- Financially motivated, tenacious, resilient and persuasive.
- Strong team player with excellent listening and communication skills
