Office & Finance Manager

Aylesham Neighbourhood Project’s Management Team works across all aspects of the charity to ensure that the Board of Trustees and each of its services are able to operate effectively and meet their objectives for local communities.

The Office & Finance Manager works with the Manager of Aylesham Neighbourhood Project and the Board of Trustees to perform the business management function for the charity and has a diverse and interesting workload, including finance management, staff and volunteer management, fundraising, marketing, IT, premises management and the monitoring and evaluation of services.

This is a real opportunity to work at the centre of a growing and fast moving charity and drive forward Aylesham Neighbourhood Project’s development as a successful and sustainable community business.

This post is a permanent contract and will be appointed to pay band 6 (£22,275 - £26,325). This is a full time position, at 37.5 hours a week.
