This is a fantastic and challenging opportunity to join a global number-one network of independently owned franchises of Estate Agents recruiting for Property Franchise Sales Consultant in Kent.
With your thorough knowledge of the area and Estate Agency market you will be responsible for setting up new branches in Kent including targeting and identifying locations and identifying and approaching prospect Franchisees to work within the Agency, understanding the business and explaining the benefits to Franchisees.
You will be proactive in helping to develop effective franchise marketing kit, setting monthly business goals and following a company sales procedure developing contacts with Estate Agents and offices. As a professional in the estate agency field you will have experience in sales at middle to senior level and be familiar with franchise systems.
The successful candidate will be self-motivated, professional, entrepreneurial with a sales mind set together with being ambitious and goal orientated. We require an excellent communicator with presentation skills. Full training is provided and you will be expected to travel to the Head Office on the South coast monthly as well as attending international training courses. Initial training will be provided in Europe. This role would suit someone with proven knowledge of Estate Agency in the Kent area looking for their next opportunity in an expanding and successful organisation.
