Real Estate/Property Management: Applications ANlayst

Sand Resources have a need for an experienced Real Estate Applications Analyst for our Global Investment management organisation.
I'm looking for someone with a background in Real Estate systems/Property Management Systems and have previous experience as an applications analyst to help in the role out of the clients Real Estate system. I'm looking for the analyst to support business processes, create technical specification documentations to support development and carry out functional testing Ideally you will have experience of working with PMS such as Yardi, MRI , Qube global, Tramps ,Propman,Timberline etc . You ideally will have System implementation experience and experience of data-extraction and migration preferably using ETL tools.
