LOCATION: Covering the South East area, ideally living in Kent, Surrey, East Sussex, West Sussex, Hampshire, Essex, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire or Hertfordshire.
My clients are an international manufacturer of professional hair care products, selling into salons and wholesale accounts across the UK
They are currently looking to recruit a dynamic regional field sales manager who will come on board to manage an existing sales team and be instrumental in growing this team and recruiting further field sales executives over the coming months.
You must be prepared for 1-2 overnight stays some weeks as full day training with sales representatives is essential.
Please only apply for this vacancy if you are currently working as a field sales manager or regional sales manager in the hair care industry. You must have a proven track record in developing and motivating a sales team, setting targets and KPI’s and be able demonstrate previous success.
You must be IT literate and able to assist with introducing a new CRM system to the sales representatives.
