Due to internal promotion this award winning supplier of capital construction equipment is currently seeking a talented Sales Manager to join their expanding team.
SALARY:
£40,000-£45,000 basic, £55,000 OTE
LOCATION:
Surrey, Sussex, Hampshire, Berkshire, Middlesex, London, Kent.
My client is a successful supplier of quality construction capital equipment to the construction and waste sector across the South East. Their product range includes diggers, dumpers, excavators, forklift trucks and compactors.
The role will be running a sales team of 7-8 Field Sales people as well as looking after a portfolio of key accounts. As you will be based in the office for half the week it is essential that you live in the area listed above so that you are able to commute to the office.
To be considered for this role you must be an experienced Sales Manager/Regional Sales Manager in the construction capital equipment sales (not hire) industry. You should be forward thinking and excel at leading and motivating your team to achieve target.
