Secretary to Trustee Charity Board

 
The KM Charity Team is seeking a secretary to take charge of agendas and write up the minutes for Trustee meetings.
 

The postholder would liaise with Trustees in advance of meetings to create the agenda, take minutes at the meeting and then turn these into formal minutes after the meeting. Trustees meet on a two monthly cycle with one meeting held in month one and two meetings held in month two. The postholder must have use of a vehicle to travel to meetings and a PC at home.

 
An annual honorarium of £500 will be paid to the postholder plus a mileage allowance of 45p per mile to attend meetings.
