Senior Development Manager

This new post offers a unique opportunity to work with the Senior

Management team of one of West Kent’s leading charities to help transform

the way their social care services are delivered locally.

You will need a good knowledge of current health and social care initiatives

and policy, relevant experience of service delivery at a senior level, financial

acumen, a positive approach to working with local authorities, excellent

written and verbal communication skills and a passion to ‘make things

happen’ to develop innovative person centred services.

The post is for 12 months in the first instance; salary £30-34K per annum

with 32 days holiday.
