Sand Resources has an excellent opportunity available for a strong high calibre Service Delivery Manager with extensive experience of managing complex IT Services for a client based in London. The candidate must be ITIL V3 Qualified (or equivalent) and experience of managing large teams and budgets.
Senior Service Delivery Manager Role:
*Plan and lead all activities within the Service Delivery function.
*Ensure that all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met or exceeded by 3rd party suppliers.
*Communicating with senior business managers to advise, influence and determine strategic business needs.
*Working with peers to develop IS strategies and set IS policies.
*Manage teams and matrix manages on a daily basis.
*Managing relationships with external organisations and operational IS contracts.
Senior Service Delivery Manager Role Skills/Experience:
*A proven track record in building effective relationships with suppliers, internal and external stakeholders.
*Technical knowledge of
*Candidates should have experience of ITIL v3 processes and improving processes.
*Experienced IT professional with evidence of a strong technical capability developed at a senior level in a customer focussed environment.
*You will possess strong communications, relationship building, negotiation and influencing skills combined with budget management and control skills and experience.
*You will have demonstrable people and professional leadership skills.
