Technical Sales Director

Do you have a comprehensive understanding of I.T. hardware manufacturers and their applications, along with a strong ability to manage vendor relationships, secure appropriate accreditations and gain the maximum benefits available from these? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to develop and lead a services led business from grass roots. The client has an established and profitable business selling main brand I.T. hardware (HP, Cisco, Juniper, etc.) based in Kent.
It is now looking to develop its brand and profile to incorporate the provision of a broad range of services to its existing customer base and beyond.
In the first instance they would expect this to be achieved by primarily identifying, partnering and managing best in class external service providers (niche software providers) as opposed to recruiting a team from scratch. This will facilitate the incumbent to start making an impact upon the business from a relatively early stage.
The target market is small to medium sized businesses throughout the South East.
This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned I.T. professional to have a reasonably free hand in applying his or her flair, ability and ambition to expand this business into an industry leading force!
