UI/UX Designer

My client - a rapidly growing and highly innovative company within the mobile network - is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to work in their Labs team, alongside the lead designer to deliver brand new user experiences across multiple mobile and desktop platforms.

Skills and Experience Required:
*A solid portfolio of web, mobile and desktop application design.
*An excellent eye for design. You should know UI inside-out and be able to explain how it works in great detail.
*Strong Photoshop skills. You should also be fluent in Illustrator, OmniGraffle, etc. to create Wireframes.
*A working knowledge of XHTML/CSS. JavaScript knowledge a plus
*Demonstrable ability to jump in at the deep end. Real-time communications offers unique challenges to UI design.
*Experience of working directly with software developers. Knowing their typical toolchains, challenges and platform restrictions is a big plus.
