We are looking for caring and understanding people, who are able to demonstrate excellent customer service and the ability to think on their feet. As the first point of contact for customers who come to us for help predominantly with emergency repairs, you’ll be dealing with people from all walks of life. In every case, you’ll be relied upon to accurately evaluate the nature of each enquiry then resolve the problem as efficiently and effectively as possible. We also have an important function in the Contact Centre of collecting customer feedback for our partners via telephone based interviews.
