Circle Housing is dedicated to delivering first class services and support to our customers. We are currently expanding our contact centre and have excellent opportunities for individuals to join our team based at Kings Hill, West Malling.

 

You will provide a friendly, helpful and efficient service every time, maximising our customers’ experience and exceeding expectations. This could be by telephone, post, email or social media, dealing with queries for housing related matters including income collection, housing and tenancy management, repairs and complaints.

 

We have the following opportunities available:

 

Resolution Officers - £25,760 per annum pro rata             

(both full and part time roles available)**

Skills and Experience:

  • Previous housing experience, especially within repairs and maintenance would be beneficial; if not we can provide you with the knowledge required. What we ask is that you have proven customer service experience and have an investigative mind for getting to the heart of the problem and providing a resolution for our customers

 

  • Excellent communication, listening and influencing skills with experience of communicating verbally and in writing with customers, suppliers, colleagues and external stakeholders at all levels

*We welcome applications from those who may need to work flexibly. Our contact centre operates between 8am and 8pm Monday to Friday. Full time shifts (36 hours) will fall in line with these times with mutually pre-agreed working patterns. Part - time shifts (minimum 18 hours) are also available.

 

Team Leaders - £31,644 per annum

Skills and Experience:

  • Proven successful experience of effectively supervising a team and providing support and performance management

 

  • Experience in an inbound call centre, providing customer focussed solutions to enquiries, ideally within a housing environment
