Employer Description
A domestic cleaning company looking to expand the business to the commercial sector.
You will work closely with the owner and will be able to play a key role in developing this business to the next level.
Description of Vacancy
An opportunity to acquire a complete range of skills in an evolving company. Working closely with the company manager you will undertake basic administration of the company and for the right candidate up to and including management responsibilities.
Administration support for the proprietor
Provide a high level of customer service to clients when required
Perform financial processes
Use various computer packages ( Xero bookkeeping package – training given)
Organise Records
Analyse data
Implement and develop new procedures to improve the organisation of the business and smooth running
This position will require the candidate to work on their own initiative at times
Wage
£3.70 per hour
Hours
Monday to Friday
6 hours per day with half hour paid break

Ideally someone who can take responsibility and help with ideas for the business
Qualifications Required
IT, Maths and English qualifications Grade C and above.
Training Provided
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework – consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
