Yarrow Hotel - Junior Sous Chef

Located in Broadstairs

We are now looking for energetic, positive, food-orientated Junior Sous Chef to join the team in kitchen. Your main priority will be the day to day running of a section, reporting to the Head Chef and Sous Chef. You'll be responsible to ensure the food service, cleanliness and quality within the Yarrow Hotel is to a high standard.

You will already have previous experience in a busy restaurant, bar or gastro-pub. Every team member is expected to act as an Ambassador for the Yarrow Hotel delivering individualised and personalised services for business and leisure travellers; whereby guests will feel refreshed and recharged, so they can get more done, business or pleasure. You are to provide a personal, confident, conversational, direct and affirming service to make guests feel refreshed and recharged and want to return. You must have the inside knowledge of your hotel and local area to ensure that our guests get the most out of their stay.
