CMS-Enviro, established in 1996, provides Environmental Monitoring services and Wastes
Management advice to clients across the UK.
Responsibilities:
Collection of samples; water, gas, solids – in all weathers; all equipment, PPE, and
use of company van for site visits around Kent provided.
2-3 days on site to 2-3 days in office; working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; some early
starts required for site visits (overtime provided).
Computerized database entry, assessment of data, and reporting from collection of
samples.
Simple maintenance, cleaning, and calibration of equipment; both at CMS office and on site – full training provided.
General support to the operations and compliance teams
Candidate:
A good general education and writing ability; including ability to write clear, concise
emails.
Some work-based experience and interest in environmental issues, particularly
related to waste management preferable.
Demonstrate good computer skills and ability to use Microsoft excel essential.
Preferably able to create graphs and use simple formulars (such as
sum/average/Vlookup).
Non-Smoker, in good health for outdoor and rugged terrain site work. In all weathers
over 2/3 days a week.
Ability to work of their own initiative and as part of a small team.
Clean driving license and own transport essential.
Four weeks paid annual leave + bank holidays; full training and development opportunities

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year (depending on experience and transferable skills)
