Monday-Friday 8.00am-4.30pm

KHR is working with a leading manufacturer of bespoke products who are looking for a creative, engaging and passionate Videographer to join the team.

As Videographer you will be responsible for creating, shooting, producing, editing, and finalising all video shoots and content.

Due to exciting growth, the business is moving into a larger, modernised site before the end of the year located near Bearsted, Maidstone.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Planning and executing video shoots, including setting up cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
- Capturing high-quality footage that aligns with the creative vision and goals of the project
- Ensuring technical aspects such as focus, exposure, and composition are optimal during filming
- Editing raw footage using video editing software to create polished and engaging final products for output across various channels including social media and website
- Arranging and cutting sequences, adding transitions, graphics and special effects, including audio elements such as music, and voiceovers
- Maintaining and organising video equipment, ensuring always in good working condition
- Troubleshooting technical issues that may arise during shooting and editing
- Staying updated on the latest video production technologies and tools
- Collaborating with content creators, directions, and other members of the team to understand project goals, creative concepts and deliver accordingly
- Contribute ideas for visual storytelling, shot composition, and overall video aesthetics to deliver the best results
- Effectively communicate with clients and other key stakeholders (internal and external) to align the video content with expected outcomes
- Manage timelines and deadlines for video projects, ensuring timely delivery and demonstrating accountability.
- Organising and maintaining video files, project assets, and documentation.

Candidate Profile

- Skilled and experienced in shooting and editing of creative video production in all formats
- Experience in content creation and a sound understanding of all video techniques, tools, and software, and how to best use them
- Ability to execute, direct and deliver a video shoot end to end, producing the final product in the timeframe required
- Willing to meet customers and other stakeholders face to face and plan and conduct shoots
- Skills in photography would be advantageous
