My client based near Swanley, Kent is looking for a full time administrator to join their small and friendly team.

Own transport is essential for this role.

Job Role:
- Answering the telephone in a professional manner
- Diary management
- Filing, scanning and organising files
- Ordering office stationery
- Producing company documents
- Processing orders
- Dealing with any customer queries
- Update company databases and systems
- Liaise with management team and colleagues

- Monday - Friday
- 8:30 - 17:00
- 20 days holiday
- £18,000 per annum
- Free parking
