Do you enjoy supporting adults to achieve in a challenging environment? The Higher Education and Access Department are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic member of staff who is committed to improving the academic skills and knowledge of learners to enable them to progress to Higher Education. The focus of this post will be to deliver and assess biology units in line with the unit specifications from the awarding body.


The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of their subject area and a proven record of accomplishment of implementing high standards of Teaching and Learning.


The successful candidate will join a team of lecturers to deliver high quality teaching to adults. You should be able to motivate and support learners to achieve and succeed in a timely fashion.


The adaptability to work in a changing education environment and experience of effective planning of curriculum delivery are essential for this post.
