This position will provide business and administrative support to the commercial department for a leading insurance company based in Kings Hill.

The role will involve;

* Processing of policy records and dealing with all associated administration that does not require an underwriting decision
* Loading quote information onto the relevant systems
* Compilation, updating and reconciliation of management information
* Setting up Direct Debit Instructions and processing Direct Debit queries
* Reviewing other finance queries, arranging refunds where appropriate and chasing for outstanding premiums

The ideal candidate will;

*Excellent customer service skills
*Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload
*Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company policies
*Professional and presentable with an ability to communicate in a clear and precise manner both verbally and through emails
