Our client is a UK market leader, who provide fresh produce to major retailers throughout the UK. We are looking for an Administrator to process the sales and production data so all invoicing is up to date and correct.

Duties include:

Daily stock checks between warehouse and database system
Answering telephone and being the first point of contact for customers
Maintenance of computer records on MS Excel and Prophet
General admin support for Sales and Accounts Team.
Data Entry and sales figures/orders


Previous sales administration experience essential
Excellent communication skills
Enthusiastic and will to learn
Good MS Office skills
Must be a driver due to the location of my client
