The company
The organisation is a specialist retailer in high-value fixtures and fittings. They have been operational for over 15 years and work with some of the best designers and finest materials to offer the best in design, innovation and quality.

With a sales driven, professional and focused approach, they work together to create and sell sophisticated market leading products to their large network of prestigious hotels, architects and house builders, merchants and independent retailers.

Key areas of responsibility:
*Official order book management, ensuring delivery dates are placed as
accurately as possible. Highlight aged accounts to Manager on a weekly basis.
*Chasing anticipated orders and advising lead times and deadlines as required.
*Ensuring they are delivered at the correct price, correct contract reference in the correct quantities, to the correct address and when required.
*Allocating stock against project forecasted stock including back orders, forward orders and managing made to order bespoke special planning
*Creating and maintaining reports in Excel and CRM
*Updating and maintaining CRM tasks list and work flow for the Contracts Team
*Primary management of the Contract Sales inbox including distribution of incoming mail and archiving.
*Phone Calls:
oTaking overflowed inbound calls that come into the department
oProvide excellent Customer Service to our all contract key accounts.
oDevelop key relationships with our contract merchant and distribution client base.
*Maintaining holiday cover for the internal contracts team.

Key skills and qualifications:
*Previous experience of working within a Contracts Team
*Must have effective communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks all with an attention to fine details.
*Actively asking questions, gaining role / product knowledge.
*Ability to work independently with little supervision.
