Customer Services Technician


NOxBOX Limited in Sittingbourne is seeking a Customer Services Technician to join our busy team.    We are looking for a flexible individual with excellent planning skills and a “can do” approach to a fast moving and demanding customer environment.  Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, based primarily at the Sittingbourne office:

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Service and repair of ICU medical devices
  • Final QA testing of ICU medical devices
  • Decontaminating ICU medical devices
  • Updating customers with Engineers reports and device repair/service progress via internal ticket system
  • Assist the Customer Service Team with technical support queries
  • Assist the Customer Service Team with the creation and update of Work Instruction Procedures
  • Support the Production department with product testing
  • Any other reasonable duties the business may require


Personal Specification:

  • 5 GCSE’s or equivalent
  • Computer literate with good Microsoft Office experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong team player and networker who enjoys developing and maintaining relationships with a wide range of internal and external customers and colleagues
  • Able to prioritise activities and manage own time effectively

    The role will include on-site training; including PCB diagnostic & repair and pneumatic component diagnostic & repair.

This role will suit a individual that wants to start a career within a Service/Technical role as on the Job training will be given.
