PA TO MANAGING DIRECTOR – JOB DESCRIPTION
Duties to include (but not limited to):
- General administration including:
- Telephone answering
- Making appointments
- Travel itineraries
- Stationery Ordering
- Hotel Bookings
- Conference Call booking
- Staff holiday coordination
- Business card input/ordering
- Organising/booking/attending team meetings
- Auditing files
- Typing up of reports on Word.
- Weekly and monthly advisor statistics. Detailed analysis of reports and transmuting information onto Excel spreadsheets. Analysing information from e-mail reports and detailing into reports for MD.
- PowerPoint presentations
- Excel documentation/reports – knowledge of spreadsheets is a must and a familiarity of pivot tables would be helpful.
- Keeping abreast of all new starters employees and inputting documentation into in-house personnel system.
- Excellent attention to details in figure work
- Adherence to compliance as we work in a heavily monitored industry
- Being able to adapt to an ever changing daily process.
- Proficient keyboard skills
- Adept at time management
- Good telephone manner
- Ability to work under own guidance
