The Company TDM Recruitment Group is a leading residential property & development recruitment company that is going from strength to strength and is expanding rapidly. We are one of the top 3 recruiters in the property industry and an enviable track record of placing senior candidates into high profile roles. We have an impressive client base included a number of FTSE listed businesses as well as private equity backed start-ups. Over the past 12 months we have experienced a period of sustained growth with the company more than doubling in size and we now have 20 consultants at TDM. The intention is to double again in numbers over the next 18 months and we need ambitious and success hungry consultants to join us. We work predominately in the middle management to director level (salary circa £50k - £200k) and operate on mainly a search and selection basis whereby we actively head hunt candidates and sell career opportunities with our clients. The role Because of the current and future growth we now need to appoint someone to head up the internal recruitment function and play a critical role in the growth. You will report directly into the managing director and take full control for the strategy and its implementation of the internal recruitment. You will work closely with the senior team in identifying key internal hire needs and building a recruitment strategy around the wider long term business needs. You will be responsible for building and managing an internal candidate database and also market mapping competitors so we can head hunt directly for TDM. We will be undertaking 2 graduate academies this calendar year with 3-4 intakes on each academy. You will be responsible for sourcing and interviewing these candidates. Longer term you will be given the opportunity to get involved in training and development of existing staff and also helping out on delivering the academy training. General responsibilities · Complete management of the internal recruitment function · Writing and delivering the internal strategy for candidate attraction · Screening of candidates with telephone and face to face interviews · Writing of job adverts and managing responses · Developing and growing relationships with universities for the academy intakes · Market mapping competitors · Management of internal candidate database.
