Description of Vacancy
Bradfield’s Academy are looking for an enthusiastic apprentice to join with administration team with a focus on finance.
We are looking for a motivated and flexible apprentice to assist with the following:-
- Processing order, invoices and other financial documents
- Statement and Bank Reconciliation
- Monitoring of department spending & Budgets
- Answering finance queries via telephone or face to face.
- Monitoring the Finance mailbox and responding to requests
- Other banking including handling cash
Working all year around, for 32.5 hrs a week.
Working hours from 8:30am to 3pm ( with an unpaid 30 minutes for lunch)
GCSE A –C In English and Maths.
Good IT Skills, especially in Excel
Enjoys working with figures and number crunching.

On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework - consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
