An established financial services firm based in Kings Hill are looking for an experienced KYC administrator to assist in auditing and reviewing compliance documents and general office administration.

The ideal candidates will have previous experience of anti-money laundering requirements and retail banking.

The job holder will be required to undertake all Know Your Customer/Anti-Money Laundering
checks and review and update the AML/KYC requirements of customer accounts across all areas. Make recommendations to the KYC Manager on customer risk level. Referring to Money Laundering Reporting Officer when necessary.

As an Administrator your duties will consist of:
*Office Administration including checking results and spotting errors in compliance, spelling and grammar
*Responsible for re-mediating all standard risk customer account records to the correct standards and processes
*Determine the risk of each customer file using the relevant search engines and public information available which is linked to the customer. Provide an accurate risk assessment to determine the risk posed to the Bank.
*Review the full file and ensure that the file contains all the relevant documents and up to date information to ensure that compliance levels are achieved.

*Have exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and service standards
*Professional telephone manner
*Proficient IT Skills (Word and Excel)
*Strong communication and client relation skills
