Operations Manager - Hospitality - Kent
Are you an experienced Operations Manager with experience working for an independent Restaurant & Bar?
Do you have experience developing staff and building a strong team?
If so our client needs you!
As Operations Manager you will be covering two stylish restaurant/bars within an up and coming area in Mid Kent. This company offer London standards of food, service, cocktails and ambience.
One restaurant has two bars and various rooms used for private dining and events. It has been established for over 15 years. Offering classy cocktails and an extensive wine list it is a hive of activity from brunch to late in the evening and is perfectly suited for both social and business gatherings. Imaginative dining is their expertise along with providing high end customer service to their clientele.
Events (including weddings) are held throughout the year ensuring this vibrant operation's profitability and growth for the future.
The new restaurant/bar is due to be open in May 2018 and will have a neighbourhood family friendly vibe, be lively and accessible to all. There will also be 4 individually designed rooms which will offer luxury and comfort to the guests who wish to get away from it all.
With 50 staff due to rise for 80 this an exciting time to join a forward thinking, driven management team who strive for potential growth within the business.
The role
*You will be responsible for both sites 80 staff in total
*Responsible for supporting and developing General Managers of both sites
*Working closely with head of departments including Executive/Head Chefs/Financial Controller as well as PR & Marketing and Events Sales
*All recruitment and development plan for all departments
*Maintain a profitable business that will continue to invest n its people and future growth
