Accounts Administrator – Permanent Position -  Immediate Start!

An experienced Accounts/Office Administrator with a confident telephone manner is required to join our friendly, family run flooring business based in Smarden.

  • Reception duties including answering calls and meeting and greeting visitors
  • Liaising with suppliers/customers
  • Ordering supplies
  • Invoicing
  • Payroll
  • VAT returns
  • Office Upkeep
  • Processing and filing post
  • Photocopying/scanning
  • Strong organisational and administration skills

    Qualifications and Skills
  • Polite and professional as well as having a good level of confidence
  • Attention to detail
  • Computer literate in Word  Excel and Sage Software.
  • You must be self-motivated
