An experienced Accounts/Office Administrator with a confident telephone manner is required to join our friendly, family run flooring business based in Smarden.
- Reception duties including answering calls and meeting and greeting visitors
- Liaising with suppliers/customers
- Ordering supplies
- VAT returns
- Office Upkeep
- Processing and filing post
- Strong organisational and administration skills
Qualifications and Skills
- Polite and professional as well as having a good level of confidence
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate in Word Excel and Sage Software.
- You must be self-motivated
