About the job and who we need…
We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative. The key purpose of the post is to be based at Greenwich sites and responsible for repairs, servicing and maintenance of all YMCA Thames Gateway buildings, grounds, facilities, equipment and vehicles.
Tasks include a wide range of technical and handyman skills, including painting, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, grounds work and general building work and other work as appropriate, depending upon skills and qualifications required to achieve the task.
