Our client is part of a growing group of companies who specialise in national and international mail and courier distribution services.

They are looking for a lively,conscientious Account Manager who will apply attention to detail, build relationships and provide a high level of customer care. You will ensure distribution is carried out 100% accurately for their clients from first knowledge of a pending job to invoicing and reporting where required.

Other duties will include:
Attend client meetings when required.
Answering telephone calls and taking messages
Deal with queries and solve problems effectively.
Provide quotations.
Ensure clients are satisfied at all times.
Liaise with clients and suppliers to ensure a high standard of service is provided.
