SATEDA are delighted to be expanding our team and recruiting to the following roles:

 

Support2Court Project Assistant

Term: 2 year contract - £16,835  pro-rata - 16 hours per week

Location: Swale with travel across Kent

Project assistant required to support the S2C team in the delivery of our project funded by The Tampon Tax which supports victim/survivors of domestic abuse to attend court during child arrangement order hearing and to obtain protective civil orders.

The successful candidate will provide initial contact to clients, assist clients with writing statements for court and attending court for the hearings. In addition, you’ll provide general admin support to the Support2Court team

 

Facilitator

Term: 1 years contract - £8.75 per hour- 16 hours per week (or sessional to meet service need)

Location: Across Swale and Medway

Facilitator required to join our programmes team in delivering domestic abuse intervention group programmes across Swale & Medway.  As part of the team the successful candidate will be able to facilitate in a variety of group settings including groups of young people and groups of adults.  Training will be provided for Freedom Programme and DAY programme delivery. You’ll be able to assess referrals into the service and will assist the programme coordinators to enable continual growth of the programmes’ offer.

 

Volunteers Coordinator

Term: 1 years contract (funding is being sought to extend by a further five years) - £19,280 per annum – fulltime - 37 hours per week

Location: Swale and Medway

As a volunteer coordinator you’ll join our team funded by The Big Lottery to enable us to offer a full journey of support to domestic abuse survivors.  Our volunteer coordinator will support volunteers, assisting with their personal and professional development, encouraging the learning of new skills, whilst gaining experience in the various roles throughout SATEDA.  Your understanding of domestic abuse issues and experience of working with vulnerable people, and volunteers, will enable you to manage conflicting priorities to ensure projects are suitably staffed and volunteers are well line managed and supported.  In addition, you will be competent at administrative tasks, resilient to change and a team player.
