European Customer Service Representative

(Mon-Fri: 08h30 – 17h00)

 

Our client have an opportunity for a candidate to join their dynamic team of Customer Service professionals due to rapid growth within the current financial period. They are a global manufacturing company, producing Plastic, Rubber and Foam components, with sites in America, China, Australia and the UK.

It is essential that you speak fluent German as well as English.

Salary:  £17,500.00 pa plus 20 days holiday pa (excl. bank holidays)

Customer Services

Manage an allocation of customers working closely alongside the Sales Representatives in your team. Assist customers with any incoming telephone queries relating to CS matters and if sales related, pass on to the appropriate sales person.

Post-delivery follow up emails and calls.

Update and maintain current pricing and customer data on company software programme.  

Orders

Apart from entering orders from account allocation, share workload with the rest of the CS team by entering orders, to ensure that all order entry are met each day.

Acknowledge receipt of order to customer.

Other duties as and when required
