We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Coordinator to manage a ticketed customer support department.

The successful candidate must have experience in managing a multi-functional team as you will be responsible for managing and distributing the workload ensuring that the department's SLA's and month end targets are met.
Essential to this role is the ability to provide effective leadership, enabling you to coach and develop your team to the highest standards to deliver exceptional customer service.
As a good team player, you must possess the ability to drive through change accompanied with a positive attitude to succeed and have an aptitude to motivate yourself and others to achieve the departments goals.


Responsibilities include:

Training of customers in using software/platform
Tackling support tickets as they come in and resolving issues in an efficient and professional manner
Delegating tickets to the development and support team as appropriate
Conversing with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the platform
Managing data requests for customers
Providing advice on optimal usage of the system
Expanding and improving support processes to streamline this side of the business
Direct management of other support staff as we continue to expand

Core skills which would be beneficial to this role:

Strong Excel knowledge and data manipulation
Logical thinker and problem solving abilities
Accuracy and attention to detail is an absolute must
Adaptable, confident and rapport with customers
Experience in a brokering business is preferable
Familiarity of cloud-based systems such as Slack.
