Sales Executive We are seeking a Sales Executive to join the Guru team. Founded in 2002, Guru uses the latest online recruitment methods to get vacancies noticed. With clients that include: Red Bull Racing, Last.fm, English Heritage and Pandora (to name just a few), we help them reach the best talent through our expert understanding of job boards, CV databases, community targeting and social networks. Due to ongoing expansion we are now seeking an ambitious Sales Executive to tap into new accounts and help spread the word on the great work we do. Reporting into the Sales Director the Sales Executive will get a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of the recruitment industry selling a variety of services ranging from advertising and consultancy to microsites and more. On a day-to-day basis expect to make outbound calls to new and existing clients, update and maintain the CRM, build client relationships, develop accounts, attend client visits and much more. To qualify Whether you call yourself a Sales Executive, Recruitment Consultant, Advertising Sales Executive, Job Board Sales Executive, Media Sales Executive, or similar, we don't mind you just need to be able to demonstrate: A proven track record within a sales environment; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; The ability to build rapport with clients; Resilience under pressure; A savviness towards tech (Word, Outlook, CRM Systems etc.); The ability to work off your own initiative and the desire to contribute ideas; A great attitude.
