Practice Payroll Manager
Practice Payroll Manager Tunbridge Wells Permanent £33,000 to £35,000 per annum Job Role: Our client is an independent, Payroll Bureaux and Bookkeeping Practice. Their client base includes a number of small, owner managed businesses and they offer these clients a weekly and monthly Payroll facility. The growth of their client base means that they are now looking to recruit an experienced Payroll Manager to manage the existing team of 3 and take hands on responsibility for a specific number of clients. The workload will principally comprise processing all aspects of multiple client payrolls and RTI on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis together with all of the associated reports and spreadsheets. This role is also the principle point of contact for Clients in respect to their payroll and is responsible for fielding their questions together with HMRC liaison. In addition to running their own portfolio of Payrolls this position will manage the Payroll team ensuring that they have all of the necessary support and are working accurately and efficiently. Personal Attributes: Candidates will have Payroll Bureaux experience and be used to working with a portfolio of Client Payroll schemes. They will have good communication skills and the ability to successfully manage a small team. Proficient in Sage Payroll A knowledge of Pension Auto Enrollment Practice experience. Benefits: This position attracts a salary of between £33,000 and £35,000 per annum. Flexible working hours starting between 8:00 and 10.00 am and leaving between 4.00 and 6.30 pm Monday to Friday with an hour lunch. 25 days holiday per annum.
