Based at our offices at Eclipse Park, Sittingbourne Road, Maidstone

20 hours per week (flexible working)

Working under the direction and supervision of the Engineering Director, the Quality Administrator will be responsible for daily administration of the ISO13485 medical quality management system of Michelson Diagnostics Ltd, and assist with other ad hoc administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • have experience in a similar role working in ISO 13485 or similar quality environments
  • have excellent attention to detail
  • have excellent computer literacy skills: Word and Excel essential
  • be able to take ownership and ensure quality administrative policies and procedures are adhered to
  • be able to act and think independently
  • be highly organized and able to prioritize a busy workload
  • be an enthusiastic team player
  • have a friendly and confident telephone manner

Desirables:

  • Salesforce or another CRM package experience

Tasks

The Quality Administrator’s tasks will include, but not be limited:

  • Assisting with quality audits
  • Ensuring the Quality Manual is up to date
  • Document Change Control (DCNs)
  • Corrective And Preventative Action planning (CAPAs)
  • Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs)
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Supplier Assessments
  • Maintaining customer files and customer accounts on the CRM package
  • Maintaining quality training records
  • Maintaining personnel files including timesheets, leave and sickness records
  • Ad hoc administrative duties including office maintenance and Health & Safety
