New Business Sales Executive Location: Allington, Kent. ME16 0LS. Salary: Basic £22,000 - £28,000 with realistic OTE of £34,000 - £40,000 You will be generating New Business Sales to achieve monthly set targets selling business development solutions directly into the construction sector. Our client generates over £4.2 billion of work enquiries per year for its construction business development customers. From data provided, you will be generating your own leads to grow your pipeline and achieve your daily and weekly KPI's, but will have full access to the 200,000 companies already on their internal database as well as their bespoke project intelligent tools to assist you in achieving this. You will be able to utilise additional sources obtained through the internet so basic computer skills would be an advantage, but are not essential as training on their internal systems are provided. What they are looking for in the successful New Business Sales Executive; This is a professional Business to Business telephone sales role so you will ideally have at least 6 months experience in a similar telephone based or field sales role. You will need to be able to communicate with people at all levels, as you will be liaising with Directors and Business owners. You will need to be a strong negotiator with persuasive closing skills and someone who sees the word 'no' as a challenge.
