Technical Administrator - SHEQ Dover £Competitive plus Benefits Job Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for a SHEQ Technical Administrator to join the Quality team. The purpose of this role will be to support the team by producing and managing documents and records to ensure the on-going compliance to the quality, environmental and safety standards: ISO 9001, ISO14001 and OHSAS18001. You will be required to: Have or develop basic knowledge of key documents associated with the management system including risk assessments and process flow. Create, administer and file process documents, forms and other Management System documents within our in-house systems Arrange and set up meetings and training interventions, including the supply of any associated documentations and minute taking Administer and quality control waste transfer documentation Skills and Qualifications GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English -Grade C or demonstrable competency Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Be able to demonstrate a good understanding of SHEQ (Safety, Health Environment and Quality) responsibilities 1 years previous experience within administration Excellent communication skills Be able to prioritise workload Interpersonnel is acting as a recruitment consultancy.
