Salary NJC Scale 21-24 £20138-21962 per annum (£16606-£18111 pro rata), 37 hours per week, term time plus 5 additional days

To strengthen the Inclusion Team, The Robert Napier School are seeking to appoint a talented and inspiring individual that has a passion for changing the life chances of children. You will be joining a supportive and committed team that are firm, solutions focused but passionately inclusive.

This is an opportunity for a candidate that is passionate about supporting students that have periods of difficulty in a mainstream setting for various social, emotional and community based issues. As part of this role, you will also form part of the team that will deliver alternative provision to students, depending on your experience and expertise.
