We have an exciting role to work with a market leading business who are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Compliance Manager to join the team. You will be responsible for developing operations and procedures in the hospitality and catering teams. You will manage the physical execution of the food and restaurant from concepts to implementation. You will manage the training and the recruitment of all staff as well as food safety and hygiene management.

Role Responsibilities:
* Ensure that the restaurants and promotions are displayed and well marketed to maximise sales
* Ensure menu items are aligned across all restaurants and implement promotions
* Ensure in-store marketing assets are changed, installed and placed in the right locations and provide feedback to marketing on possible adjustments.
* Coordinate with Head Chefs to ensure that the hospitality staff serve all food to the specification every time, and to take a best practice approach across all restaurants
* Train and onboard staff in standard operating procedures and sales
* Develop training packages to improve staff engagement with customers to improve the
service experience and capture new sales.
* Train staff in SOP's and best practice across all restaurants, to ensure all food and beverage products are served to standard every time
* Act as the liaison for the restaurants so challenges can be fed back to Management in a timely manner.
* Ensure all outlets operate to the high standards designated by legislation
* Ensure the Food Safety Policy is adhered to and audited.
* Organise and be present for audits and announced Food Safety Inspections.
* Conduct internal audits and reviews to ensure compliance of all standards relating to Food and Beverage operations.

Knowledge & Qualifications:
* Have a good understanding of Food Safety law and policies.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Ability to work on numerous projects at the same time.
* Good understanding of how to create a good dining experience for customers.
* Strong communicator and facilitator to implement changes with kitchen and serving staff.
* The ability to develop relationships and be diplomatic to bridge gaps in an organisation.
* Solid track record in developing top-line growth for a quick service or full-service restaurant.
