We are currently recruiting an experienced Bank Night Support Worker with the energy and drive to maximise our potential.
As part of the bank team the successful candidate will be called on to attend sites in Greenwich and Dartford.
They will offer essential first line help and support to Residents with pressing and emotional issues. Successful candidates will signpost residents to relevant external agencies and liaise with emergency services in a crisis.
They will manage challenging behaviour and uphold the house rules and terms of tenancy. Successful candidates will take steps to address discipline issues if Residents or their guests fail to meet the required standard of behaviour and will report these through the correct channels.
They will issue residents post and take rent payments.
They will provide administrative support to the Housing Team in line with the department’s requirements. The successful candidate will keep good records and will contribute to the progression of the team and association goals.
