This is a fantastic opportunity that will offer you career progression! While the role is generically telesales focused there are aspects of account management of an existing portfolio with input from other potential/existing clients.

Summary of Main Duties/Tasks and Responsibilities

1.Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries in a professional manner
2.Making daily outgoing calls to achieve targets as per instructed
3.General office administration
4.Ensuring all customer data handled is of the highest quality and is accurately maintained in the customer database.
5.Maintaining the quality of each sales call to the highest level of professionalism.
6.To work co-operatively with colleagues to ensure that the telesales function operates consistently and effectively.
7.To help and support other departments to achieve overall Company goals.
8.To keep up to date with information, training and development opportunities appropriate to maintaining and developing professional service standards.
9.To undertake such other duties as may be required from time to time that reasonably fall within the scope of the post.

Required - Person Specification
*GSCEs or equivalent as a minimum.
*Previous experience in a similar role.
*Working to and achieving sales targets.
*Intermediate knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Skills and abilities
*Highly accurate with good attention to detail.
*Ability to become proficient with necessary software systems.
*A good understanding of the needs of customers.
*Ability to multitask.
*Ability to meet targets and deadlines.
