Ashford, Kent - Starting Salary: Around £15,500
We are a catering equipment distributor and due to expansion we require a customer service advisor/administrator.
Our successful candidate must have excellent communication skills whether on the telephone or via email. Primarily the role involves order processing, liaising with customers to resolve issues/complaints/queries as they occur. General admin duties will include running customer reports and providing day to day support. Competence with Microsoft Excel is essential. In-house training is provided.
