Description of vacancy
This is a varied administrative job in a busy office.
The role with involve answering telephone calls from other solicitors and client in professional manner; opening and scanning post; file openings; photocopying and providing general assistance to the firm.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for someone to join one of our two offices in Kent. The role will require you to assist the team with enquiries by telephone from clients and other professionals ensuring that all queries are recorded appropriately in our Case Management system. Carrying out general administrative support duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing, scanning. Sorting and distributing incoming mail effectively and preparing outgoing mail runs, when required.
£105pw, subject to review
30 hours, based on 4 days per week
9 – 5:30
1 hour for lunch
Minimum achieved Grade D or equivalent in English and Maths.
