Apprentice Inbound Call Operator
This company provides inbound and outbound call services for businesses throughout the UK.

You will receive plenty of training and coaching every step of the way. What really matters is that you put your customers first in everything you do. You enjoy helping people, listening to what they want and getting everything absolutely right for them.

- Receive incoming telephone calls on behalf of businesses
- Flexible to answer on behalf of a number of different companies based on script outline
- Direct call as appropriate
- Provide information as requested
- Log and re-direct via e-mail if required
- Full training will be provided
£140 per week for the first month.
Wage will then be reviewed and could increase to over £5.20 per hour.
40 hours per week dependent upon shift pattern
Monday to Friday 8am and 9pm
Weekend shifts – Saturday 8.30am to 5.30pm
Sunday 10am to 4pm
Part time shifts and flexible working always considered.

Minimum achieved Grade D or equivalent in English and Maths.
On the job training with the employer whilst working towards the Apprenticeship Framework - consisting of the Intermediate NVQ Level, Technical Certificate and Functional Skills if appropriate.
Regular work based assessments/observations carried out by Kent Training & Apprenticeships Tutor Assessor, to determine competency and meet with Awarding Body standards.
